Property Damage Solicitor Jobs Manchester – Commercial Insurance Litigation / Associate (1 PQE+ – ideally 2 PQE or more)Property Damage / Liability Solicitor – Associate – ManchesterThis is an established Property Damage team in Manchester. The team advises on a wide range of commercial insurance litigation on behalf of major insurers and their clients. They also advise a number of corporates direct.The ideal candidate will have at least 1 PQE or more and be keen to build their career in the areas of property damage and subrogated recoveries.Summary

• Job title: Associate (1-5 PQE)
• Location: Manchester
• Salary: £45,000 – £65,000
• Work pattern: hybrid
• Reports to: Partner
• Previous Experience: Previous experience of property damage, or general commercial insurance litigation / subrogated loss would be ideal. Other areas of interest include general commercial litigation as well as areas such as debt recovery. Any experience of large-scale property damage / liability disputes would be a major advantage.

A challenging and exciting property damage solicitor job in ManchesterThis expanding team has two property damage solicitors jobs in Manchester for solicitors with roughly 1 PQE or more. The Partners are looking for adept litigators with excellent technical ability. In particular, the Partners are looking for candidates with a mix of the following:

• strong litigation skills
• Ideally exposure to insurance liability and coverage work;
• strong attention to detail;
• focus on high-level client service delivery.

Huge variety of work including complex, high-value casesThis property liability department forms part of the wider national and international commercial litigation team and advises a range of clients on some of the most complex work in the UK.Instructions might include claims relating to:

• fire damage;
• chemical leaks;
• water escapes;
• construction and engineering disputes.

Such claims are often high-value, complex and highly sensitive.
