Excel are delighted to partner with a dynamic engineering consultancy in hiring an experienced PSDP Consultant to be based in their Dublin office on a hybrid basis. This is a permanent position with the option to work from home up to 3 times per week!Key Responsibilities for PSDP Consultant

• Ensure the effective discharge of PSDP responsibilities on construction projects.
• Attend client, design, and site meetings.
• Prepare preliminary safety and health plans.
• Compile and manage safety files.
• Generate health and safety reports.
• Conduct site visits.
• Coordinate and liaise with all stakeholders involved in construction projects.
• Review the competence of duty holders.
• Conduct inspections and prepare reports related to health and safety legal matters.
• Collaborate with contractors to fulfill PSCS responsibilities on construction projects.

Requirements for PSDP Consultant

• Degree in Construction or a related field desirable (e.g., Architecture, Building Surveying, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering).
• 3-5 years’ experience in a PSDP Consulting role.

• Occupational health and safety qualifications and/or experience.
