Public Affairs Leader – India 

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design & Operationalize the South Asia PA strategy in line with the Global PA strategy
• Represent the region at the global level as a part of the Global PA team
• Ability to Identify and build relevant local network
• Ability to work on stakeholder mapping and engagement
• Co-ordinate with global PA team on local and global issues action
• Deep understanding of govt function and policy making
• Drive Business outcome-oriented initiatives
• Evolved leadership skills with ability to manage varied/diverse teams
• Understanding of Agri or Pharma or Health business preferable but not necessary
• Keen interest in sustainability and local nuances/laws around the same.
• Responsible for engagement with Industry bodies and forums for matters related to broader Bayer presence & relevance

• Proven track record in building strong relationship and network with key stakeholders and other relevant partners.
