As a digital innovation leader, we invest into our solutions, processes, systems, and talent.As a part of our talent growth strategy, CRD Engineering is partnering with leading universities in Europe and is expanding in Ireland (Dublin) to develop new talent. We are looking to hire recent university graduates and graduating seniors majoring in Software Engineering or other technical field of study for the Full Stack, UX/UI, Quality and Performance Engineering roles. Junior engineers will receive coaching and guidance from senior engineers and leadership as they develop their skills and will become an integral part of an agile organization contributing to the development of the CRD/Alpha Platform.Our senior leaders will be hosting job fairs and interview panels at the State Street/CRD offices in Dublin in the Fall 2024 to meet with recent university graduates and graduating seniors and to extend offers to join our teams to the qualified candidates.Position Summary:Be an integral part of an agile organization and contribute to building and maintenance of automation and performance testing frameworks and executing the overall quality plan for one of Charles River’s products. Junior engineers should expect coaching and guidance from senior engineers and leadership as they develop their skills and contribute to the team.Responsibilities:
