Qualified Conveyancer – Local Practice – Low volume CaseloadWe are representing a traditional law firm in Leicester who require a qualified Solicitor/ Licensed Conveyancer with 3 Years experience in Conveyancing Practice to join our conveyancing department in Leicester.
You will have your own small team consisting of Fee earners and a paralegal within a professional but friendly firm with 25+ years of experience.Are you missing out on…
– A salary between £30,000- £40,000 per annum.
– Flexible working arrangements within a Local supportive practice
– The opportunity for a fee- sharing arrangement
– Both Part-time and Full-time applicants welcomedIn your new role, you will:

• Manage your own case load from quotation to post-completion
• Manage property transfers between buyers and sellers, conducting title searches, and preparing legal documents related to conveyancing residential transactions and post-completion matters including SDLT and HMLR requisitions
• Deal with more complex transactions, such as shared ownership, leasehold matters, lease extensions, sales and purchases of part, plot sales and purchases and right to buy
