Real estate is a core offering at this global law firm, which is a leader in all aspects of real estate (investment, development, PERE, construction, REF) and, unlike some, has a long-term vision for its growth which goes way beyond the recent boom in the real estate market.The firm believes that ideally “at least 10%” of its real estate revenues can and should flow from property-related disputes; however, the growth in revenue and quality of its non-contentious offering over the past five years has meant that its property litigation offering has struggled to keep up.
