Real Estate Legal Executive/Senior ParalegalThis is a truly exciting opportunity to join a top tier practice and lead the commercial real estate paralegal team. This is an international real estate team with an impressive client base working across diverse asset classes.What you will do:

• Lead and supervise the real estate paralegal team
• Draft and negotiate of a range of documents
• Manage Land Registry applications & HMRC submissions
• Handle pre- and post-completion tasks
• Provide training & mentorship to junior team members

Your experience:

• Significant commercial real estate experience at GCILEx or senior paralegal level
• Expertise in working with institutional investors, property funds or financial institutions
• Strong drafting, negotiating and asset management skills
• Passion for commercial real estate and asset management!!!
