An exciting opportunity for an experienced Real Estate Solicitor to join a prestigious international firm, based in Newcastle, as part of their continued growth. This role is offered on a permanent basis, with flexible working arrangements available with huge potential for progression.
THE FIRM AND TEAM
This is a dynamic and growing international team firm with a strong reputation for quality legal services.
They act for landowners, occupiers, developers, funders, contractors and professionals across the sector. The team are also regularly instructed by landlords and tenants within the institutional, telecoms, corporate, retail and public sectors – including education and local government.
THE OPPORTUNITY

– Working across the full spectrum of portfolio management work such as landlord and tenant/asset management work including technically complex lettings

THE CANDIDATE
– Qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years’ experience within Real Estate gained at a top regional, national or international firm
– Experience with asset management work
– Confidence to engage with clients and develop client relationships.
– Strong academic background with excellent communication and organisational skills
– Ability to supervise and mentor a team of junior fee-earners
