Receptionist | Dublin 2, Ireland | Full Time | €25,000-€35,000 depending on experience Our client is the premier computer training company in Ireland since 1993. Reception/Administration Greet and direct clients, prospective clients, and visitors Answer and respond to incoming phone calls; transfer or signpost as needed Respond to public enquiries about our client’s services Handle inbound enquiries and provide advice Sort and file incoming mail Follow organisational policies and procedures Responsible for the day-to-day management of the office administration. Office Receptionist Prepare course notes and certificates Handle client information in a professional manner. Using initiative, co-ordinate and prioritise various tasks, in particular, diary arrangements, anticipating last minute schedule changes. Assist in coordinating, Board and General Company meetings.
