• Managing the end to end recruitment life cycle, assisting clients find skilled individuals to join their company and in turn assisting candidates to find jobs that suit their skillsets.
• Nurturing existing relationships as well as developing new ones.
• Over time you will become an expert within your market, and use this knowledge to grow your desk, and the business as a whole.
• You will be dealing with existing clients rather than focusing on cold calling and you will be very much working within a ‘hot desk’ all the while developing your knowledge of the industry.
• You will gain exposure to multiple areas of the industry in addition to your own market.

Requirements:

• This role is ideal for someone with a professional demeanor, excellent communication abilities, a strong work ethic, and a motivated, friendly attitude.
• A degree in Construction, Business, HR, Marketing, or similar is required.
• The candidate should have a genuine interest in establishing a long-term career in the recruitment industry.
• The perfect candidate will be driven and eager to achieve success.
• Must be organised with the ambition and ability to handle a high-volume workload.
• Prior recruitment experience is not required.
