This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day work and wants to develop their leadership and administrative skills.As a First Responder, you will:✔ Support and supervise cleaning teams across different Retail Store Locations in the Dublin area.✔ Step in as a cover cleaner when needed, ensuring high-quality service.✔ Conduct site visits and complete Cleaning & Training (CT) audits.✔ Use a company-provided vehicle to travel between locations.✔ Handle administrative duties, including payroll tasks and onboarding new starters.What We OfferWe invest in our people, providing full training to help you grow and succeed in this role:✅ Electronic payroll training✅ New starter onboarding✅ Manual Handling Certification✅ Cleaning Machinery Skills DevelopmentWhat You Need✅ Full clean driving Licence✅ Previous experience in the Cleaning Industry at the supervisor level is an advantage✅ Valid Work Visa (if applicable)
