Overview

Sourcing and supply potato from contract farms base on volume requirement

Responsibilities

• Deliver annual budgets in relation to contract farming and outsourcing
• Supervise contract farming projects
• Sourcing, negotiate and purchase the potato to meet the production volume requirement
• Deliver chipstock volume and quality according the plan
• Supervise all company policies, guidelines and procedures well implemented in contract farms operation and business activities
• Coach and train purchasing farm workers
• Responsible for SFI project if needed

Qualifications

• 5- 8 years in Agricultural related field
• Contract farming project management experience
• Sourcing or purchase and project management experience
• Practical experience with Agricultural equipment essential
• Chipstock production best practice
• Knowing the chipstock and flake market, benchmark
• Strong analysis and negotiation skill
• Strong ability to motivate, influence others, coach/develop direct reports/direct procurement project team
• Good working attitude and hands on
• Constant “attention to detail” required
• Excellent in communication
• Team commitment
• Results driven
• Prepared to work the long hours required and work independently under pressure
• Team player taking others with you building talent
• Mandarin & English
• Excellent computer skill in MS Office, e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
