CLS Recruitment Group are sourcing an experienced Regional Sales Manager to make site and office calls to clients for a leading, multi-industry recruitment firm. The role involves sales, account management and customer service within the recruitment industry.The Role: To maintain regular calls to existing clients to maintain business relationship and maximize sales opportunities with current clients.To develop and maintain a good working relationship with new/potential clients with a view to grow our core clients base in your assigned region.To promptly inform the Recruiters of all enquiries and confirmed orders from clients Accurately record all daily activities such as clients visited, sites/locations visited, contacts made, enquiries/sales received, new clients signed, etc. To ensure that all reports and administration are completed weekly.Requirements: Must have a minimum of 3 years sales experience. Experience in the Construction industry or Recruitment an advantage. Must be a self-starter who is able to work on own initiative. Must have excellent customer service approach and be a proven problem solver.Be over 25 with Full clean drivers license.Package :
