Summary:
Team Leader Position to manage CE (construction Equipments) & Crop Solution Business Financing for Captive product like TLB, Compactor, Excavator, Grader, Dozer, Skid Steer, and Agri Equipments like Baler, Harvester etc.
Position Responsibility:
Manage and grow quality retail portfolio in the assigned area of Construction Equipment and Crop Solution Business. The incumbent is expected to manage Punjab/Himachal/J&K business with the help of dealer and self-sourcing.
Job Responsibility:
- Relationship Management: Maintain right and professional relationship with all internal and external stake holders to manage business – Sourcing/Booking/Referral/Desired penetration at dealer point.
- CE lead sourcing & Conversion: Manage sourcing and financing retail construction client through team along with responsibility of managing Key Construction Equipment dealers and strategic leads directly.
- Improve Productivity-Manage and improve agency resource productivity through effective dealership coverage and addressing key concern through coordination with channel partners and OEM counterparts.
- Monitoring: Manage and improve P&L for the assigned area via monitoring portfolio health parameters like WIRR, CLI cover, PF collection, EDA resolution etc.
- Committed service level: Provide services as per defined parameters to end customers, dealers, and Brands.
- Portfolio Sourcing quality: Ensure there are no first payment defaults for CE through follow-ups. Control and Manage submission of Registration certificate as per the norms.
- Market Intelligence: Provide regular feedback with value addition to HO on competition.
