We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Acquisition Relationship Manager to drive new business development in the Agri Business Group. The role involves sourcing new relationships, managing credit and legal evaluations, and building strong channel partnerships. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of working capital products and a strong service orientation.
Source and acquire new customer relationships for the bank. Understand and promote working capital products tailored to agri-business needs. Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction. Conduct field investigations and prepare credit appraisal notes. Scrutinize legal aspects of proposals across the region. Identify and develop channel partners to consistently achieve business volumes.
