We are currently seeking a Remote UX/UI Designer to work remotely for a company located in Galway.WHAT WE OFFER
Competitive Compensation: Enjoy a competitive annual salary ranging from €45,000 to €55,000 per annum, depending on your experience and expertise.
Standard and Flexible Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexible options available to accommodate different time zones and personal schedules. Core hours are from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (GMT) to ensure team collaboration.
Remote Work
.RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to understand and contribute to the product vision, goals, and roadmaps.
Conducting user research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify valuable insights and market opportunities.
Translating insights into actionable product requirements, features, and user stories that guide our development teams.
Prioritizing items in the product backlog based on business value and user needs.
Working closely with engineering and QA teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products on schedule.
Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and driving iterative improvements.
Communicating product updates, progress, and design rationale to stakeholders and leadership.
Soliciting feedback from customers and internal teams to continuously enhance our product offerings.
Collaborating with and mentoring junior UX/UI designers to foster their growth and development.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, demonstrated by a strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects.
Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
