The successful candidate will support our Parenteral Nutrition admixtures compatibility studies, contributing to our mission of saving and sustaining lives.What you’ll do :The R&D Research Associate III role involves supporting the Nutrition Compatibility team in its daily activities, which include the design and oversight of admixture/compatibility studies. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing compatibility studies, purchasing products needed for study execution, coordinating shipment to testing labs, organizing study execution, interpreting experimental data, writing comprehensive protocols and reports, and adhering to quality system requirements and GMP/GDP standards. Additionally, the Research Associate III will participate in the review of analytical procedures used for compatibility studies and follow general and specific environmental, health, and safety (EHS) guidelines. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.What you’ll bring :

  • Master degree with 3-5 years experience in relevant scientific field (chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, …) or PhD with 0-3 years experience
  • Fluent in English (read, write, speak).
  • Possess relevant laboratory/technical/analytical, writing and computer skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and with virtual teams
  • Ability to design studies and analyze scientific results
  • Ability to draw relevant conclusions from lab data
  • Ability to organize, objectively assess and clearly communicate complex information
  • Ability to do presentations
  • Appropriately prioritize assignments to meet project schedules
  • Devoted to ensuring high quality and being attentive to even the smallest of details.

  • Demonstrate leadership
  • Self-motivated and take personal accountability for getting the job done
  • Experience in working in global cross-functional teams and project management is a plus
