They have decided to recruit two ambitious Research Managers to come in and support on these important accounts. They are very important roles for the business so you can really make your mark. They will look to you to play a major role in the management and delivery of these studies, they will also look to you to identify new opportunities and continue to drive their growth. To do this you will work alongside the account directors and be supported by a wider team of in-house researchers, trusted freelancers and data partners.We seek someone who has very solid experience of working on tracking studies, who is keen to have a focussed role where you will develop a strong relationship with the client, be on hand to add value and play your part in winning new projects via the relationship you build and the quality of the work you produce.It is important that you have strong analytical skills and are able to explore analytical approaches to get more from a data set to best answer the client’s commercial questions and inform their strategic direction.This role will suit someone who is looking for a company that has a flat structure, a strong emphasis on working collaboratively where everyone contributes without the boundaries of levels or structures. You will work with people who are genuine and down to earth, look after their team and make sure that the environment you work in is conducive to producing great work, where the hours are reasonable, and you are treated as a grown up.
