This role is part of our Facilities Management (FM) contract, where you will be responsible for carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and extra works/emergencies on a range of electrical and mechanical systems.About The Role:As a Resident Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing the sites HVAC plant and electrical distribution systems, including:
Your role will also include undertaking minor fabric repairs, non-skilled tasks, and handyperson duties, ensuring all services are delivered efficiently and with a strong focus on customer care.Additionally, you will:
