This role will offer the opportunity to learn and improve your knowledge and skills.Head of Responsible InvestmentAbout the RoleLevel: 5Department: Responsible InvestmentLocation: London, United Kingdom (hybrid)Contract type: Permanent, Full-TimePlease note: This job title is known internally as a ‘Responsible Investment Analyst’In this role you will report into the Head of Responsible Investment, and work closely with of the Responsible Investment team, helping with management of core projects and owning ongoing processes.You will use your knowledge of responsible investment practices and skills in research and analysis to support our organisational commitments and our investment solutions with specific RI-related objectives. Working in collaboration with senior team members will be critical to driving responsible investment integration and reporting.The role will involve supporting RI-related disclosures such as TCFD, Stewardship Codes, UNPRI and client RFIs among others; and will work in collaboration with the RI team to ensure the smooth running of the stewardship programme, including effective tracking, oversight and reporting of voting and engagements activities.You will have autonomy to operate with limited oversight whilst ensuring quality output and recommendations are communicated and presented clearly, in a timely manner.About YouApplications from people with diverse backgrounds enables our inclusive organisation to thrive. Relevant qualifications in this field would be beneficial. Ideally you will have a strong understanding of RI regulatory and non-regulatory requirements and disclosures and are aware of how ESG information and data is used in investment processes. Experience of voting and engagement processes will be beneficial.You will have strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
