Location: Lymington, HampshireSalary / Rate of pay: Up to £39,000 plus BonusWe are working with a renowned fine-dining restaurant that is situated near the beautiful New Forest. This restaurant has earned several awards and recognition for its exquisite cuisine and impeccable service. As a restaurant manager, you will be part of a dedicated team that.You must have experience in 3 rosette or Michelin starred restaurants.What’s involved?
As a restaurant manager, you will collaborate with the owners to oversee the highly skilled Front of House staff. You will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of an award-winning restaurant. You will work mostly straight shifts and receive a bonus after six months of service.What’s in it for you?
- 2.5 consecutive days off per week (Sunday night, Monday and Tuesday)
