• Customer connection: You’ll create a warm and welcoming environment, building natural connections with customers and truly listening to what they’re looking for, delivering expert advice to every customer, every time.

• Sales success: You’ll guide customers through the buying journey, identifying and recognising what they are looking for through really great questions to help them find the perfect fit for their home.

You’ll offer honest advice, guiding customers to the best options without overpromising, building trust and confidence. You’ll ensure order accuracy with careful attention to detail and clear communication, delivering a seamless experience.
