If you love leading and influencing complex business relationships, then this could be your ideal job, and we’d love to hear from you.Description Description– Understand the Reseller partners’ supply chain model & market dynamics – Prompt resolution of delivery & logistical issues encountered by partners or cross-functional teams – Hold regular reviews with partners, Sales and Reseller Operations account managers (CSAMs) – Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders – Represent the voice of the customer in cross functional interactions especially with Logistics and logistic carriers – Utilise reporting to identify trends and address pro-actively – Drive increased Reseller and logistic carrier self-service – Work on own initiative, to capture and disseminate information needed to make decisions and drive the business – Ensure adherence of key Resellers’ contractual requirementsMinimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
