Land & Rural Business Solicitor (NQ–3 PQE)
Location: Edinburgh, Perth or Angus (Hybrid working available)
Salary: Competitive, based on experienceA highly respected and progressive legal practice is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Solicitor to join its Land & Rural Business team. This opportunity is ideal for a newly qualified solicitor or someone with up to three years of post-qualification experience who has an interest in the rural sector and property law.The Role
You will support a busy and reputable rural property team on a diverse range of matters including:The sale and purchase of farms, estates, and agricultural landOngoing estate managementRenewable energy projects and rural developmentAgricultural tenancies, crofting law, and title conditionsSecurity work and title examinationThe Ideal CandidateNQ–3 years’ PQE, preferably with rural property or commercial property experienceA genuine interest in the agricultural sector and land lawStrong communication and organisational skillsA team player who thrives in a collaborative, supportive environmentKeen to build long-term client relationships and develop sector expertiseWhy Apply?
