We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Groundscare Sales Office Coordinator to become an essential part of our enthusiastic team in Maldon!What You’ll Do:As our Sales Office Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, providing invaluable support to our sales team and ensuring our customers receive the best service possible. Here’s a snapshot of your key responsibilities:

• Sales Support: Assist the sales team with customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing.

• Customer Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish.

• Administrative Excellence: Manage office tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records for sales and inventory.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues in logistics and finance to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Report Generation: Prepare sales reports and assist in analysing sales trends to support strategic decision-making.

Who You Are:We’re looking for someone who brings energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to their work. The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience: Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within the logistics or agricultural industry.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members.

• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.

• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems.
