Our client is based in Tallaght, Dublin 24 and is currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their friendly and busy team for a 12 month contract.January start. Salary circa €35k pa.DUTIES OF THE ROLE :

• Working as part of internal sales team.
• Processing of sales orders and invoicing.
• Preparation of purchase orders to suppliers
• Maintain and update data on CRM
• Coordinate with Customers and Logistics to ensuring a smooth transition.
• Assisting with stock forecast reports.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :

• 2 / 3 years experience in a similar role.
• Be a driven and proactive self-starter.
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent phone manner.
• Strong PC skills particularly MS Excel, Word & Outlook.
