Hartley People Recruitment, in partnership with our client in the Work and Leisure Wear industry, are seeking a results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist with expertise in CRM management, e-commerce (Shopify), and SEO in Waterford. You will play a key role in driving traffic, optimising conversions, and growing revenue across digital platforms.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to increase traffic and conversions, analysing market trends and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams on marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Optimise CRM systems for lead nurturing, customer retention, and sales processes.
• Segment customer data to deliver personalised campaigns and track engagement metrics to refine strategies.
• Oversee the Shopify store, ensuring a seamless customer journey and improving site features to boost conversions.
• Monitor performance data, coordinate promotions, and manage loyalty programs to maximise sales.
• Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search visibility and domain authority.
• Conduct keyword research and optimise product pages, blogs, and content for search engines.
• Use data from CRM, Google Analytics, and Shopify to evaluate marketing efforts and provide actionable insights.
• Regularly report on metrics like traffic, conversions, and ROI, recommending improvements based on findings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing with CRM, Shopify, and SEO expertise.
• Strong project management and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with email marketing platforms, paid advertising, and social media marketing.
• Familiarity with e-commerce analytics tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
