The appointment of a results driven and hands-on Sales & Marketing Manager, is critical in supporting and driving these strategic growth plans, where you will be a key addition to the senior management team.The specific appointment of Sales and Marketing Manager would suit a high calibre individual who is genuinely looking for a long-term career step and an opportunity to be recognised for your efforts. Perhaps you have not been fully acknowledged for your successes previously and are looking to make your mark in a business that values hard-work, determination, and results.Having gained experience within the construction and / or manufacturing sector you will ultimately drive and create the commercial sales and marketing strategy, execute these plans and penetrate new markets. It will require a highly organised individual with strong planning skills, leadership and the ability to mentor a small team. It is important that you have an enquiring mind, are detail oriented and are an engaging and collaborative people manager. In addition, you will be a creative, solutions oriented individual, technically savvy and competent in using data analytics to measure successful performance on marketing campaigns.
