Job description
Red Chair Recruitment currently have a fantastic new vacancy for Sales & Marketing Manager for our clients, a luxurious hotel group based in Leixlip and Balbriggan. This is a Monday to Friday, maternity leave contract position.The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share in the hotel. The successful candidate will also be required to travel between the two hotels as required.Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field.
- 2 to 3 years in a similar Sales and Marketing role, ideally in a Hotel.
- Sales focused, target and results driven.
- Effective communicator to clients and colleagues, individually and in groups; with the capacity to provide clear written reports.
Package on Offer:
- A competitive salary of €35-€40,000 is offered depending on skills and experiences.
- Meal allowance and free parking onsite.
