Bilingual French/English Sales Centre Agents (Hybrid/Remote)

The Opportunity! 

If you like travel, (and love to travel!), we’re looking for EPIC Bilingual (French/English) Sales Centre Agents to join our Team. If you are eager to grow your career, this position builds the foundation for a variety of opportunities within Sunwing Vacations Group! This is a full-time position that helps guide our customers to book the vacation of their dreams and assists them with their travel plans. In many cases, you will be the first step in our “Every Step of the Way…” customer journey! 

  • Schedule: Full time, 35 hours a week with possibility of overtime when needed 
  • Shift: Variable and dependent on business needs. Mornings/ Evenings & Weekends on a rotation basis 
  • Business Hours: Monday to Friday from 8am to 12am and Saturday/Sundays from 9 am to 6 pm. 
  • Work Location: Remote Work/ May need to go to office location periodically as needed 
  • Training: Sep 23, 2024, full time Monday to Friday 
  • Equipment: Computer equipment will be provided. High speed internet and access to a modem is required.

About You:  

  • You love providing the best customer service experience! 
  • You are exceptional with customer service and sales 
  • You are friendly, approachable and reliable 
  • You have a positive and motivated attitude with a strong compassion for customers and sales 
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone to customers with patience and delivering information in a clear and professional manner 
  • You enjoy helping others and find solutions to their problems. 
  • Computer skills, the ability to navigate software easily (Google, Word, Outlook,…) and the ability to type with attention to detail. 
  • You have access to a quiet workplace, High Speed internet and a direct connection to a modem. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Answer inbound phone calls from business partners and direct consumers efficiently and accurately. 
  • Match customer needs with the products we have to offer and secure the booking for them. 
  • Share feedback, trends, and suggestions from customers to continuously improve the customer experience. 
  • Learn the software systems to be able to communicate effectively with incoming requests. 
  • Work with colleagues when necessary to resolve customer complaints. 
  • Learn about the products inside and out to be able to answer any questions from customers. 

What You’ll Need: 

  • Bilingual in French and English (Spoken and Written). 
  • Able to be flexible with your work schedule - evenings and weekends required. 
  • Able to work in a remote environment. 
  • Customer Service and Sales experience 1 year (preferred). 
  • Call Centre experience (preferred). 
  • Ability to work with computers and different software. 
  • Available for 1 day orientation in our Toronto or Laval Office (Sep 23, 2024). 
  • TICO/ OPC certification is a great asset.
