Prospecting and qualifying new leads in the SMB and Mid- Market segments
Qualify warm, inbound leads generated by product evaluation requests, prospects who have downloaded trial versions of SolarWinds’ products, and/or existing customers who have additional IT product needs
Utilize internal resources such as GTM Playbooks and ICPs to connect and hold meaningful engagement with prospects
Carry out impactful discovery conversations with prospects to gain an understanding of their business needs
Speak to product specific features that connect to a prospects interest and priorities
Utilize strong product knowledge and technical acumen to conduct effective, high-level demos before bringing in Sales Engineers, connecting prospects’ business objectives to specific SolarWinds solutions
Highlight marketing collateral, relevant white papers, and use cases with prospects to generate interest and mobilize prospect to attend follow-up call
Coordinate and calendar introductory meetings/calls between prospects and AMs after qualifying a lead
Have a relentless focus on targets and meet sales targets a minimum while all the time looking to how you will exceed sales goals
Demonstrating a customer-centric mindset and delivering outstanding customer service each and every day
Communicating with all levels of the organization
Your Experience:
Minimum of 2 year of experience in a similar role
Tenacity, resourcefulness and resilience
Proven written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to meet customers’ needs and align an appropriate solution to meet that need
Excellent time management/organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Be a self-starter
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
Fluency in English.
Preferred
Experience as an SDR with a track record of achieving sales quotas
Experience using Outreach and prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo and 6th Sense
Familiarity working with both a direct and channel focused Go To Market Strategy
Use of SalesForce or a similar CRM system
