You will work with our Marketing, Product Development, Subject Matter Experts, Learning Operations, Learning Success and Media teams in providing world-class sales experience and successful outcomes for our global student body.Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Identifying customer needs effectively by consulting with prospects to maximise all opportunities and meet customer expectations.
  • Manage all stages of generating new business (from prospecting to proposal to closure)
  • Maintain a clean sales pipeline through effective use of the CRM.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to sales.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Delivering exceptional service to prospective and existing Code Institute customers.
  • Proactively engaging with all inbound sales enquiries (e.g. phone, email) relating to new business opportunities.
  • Accurately capturing and recording required data and processing through appropriate systems, ensuring that all administrative requirements are completed in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring that all activity is completed in line with student Compliance guidelines.
  • Having an excellent knowledge of our product portfolio and an understanding of the industry through keeping informed of technical developments, industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Working and coaching our students and the job centers to ensure application processes are optimised for success
