We’d love for you to add your own experience to the Mount Juliet Estates ever evolving story.We are currently recruiting for a dynamic and results driven Sales Executive, with experience in the luxury hospitality market.PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:To drive revenue growth and promote our exquisite Estate to discerning guests and corporate clients.KEY OBJECTIVES:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate, leisure, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agencies, and corporate partners.
• Execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• To professionally represent Mount Juliet Estate at all times

FOCUS AREAS:

• Conduct site inspections, presentations, and networking events to showcase the Estate’s unique offerings.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective clients.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and guest preferences to refine sales strategies.
• To develop a strong network of corporate and travel industry contacts.
• Be an excellent communicator and negotiator
• Target-driven with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel, domestically and internationally, for business development and client meetings.
