Job Title: Membership Services and Events ExecutiveJob Description: Hartley People Recruitment are seeking a dynamic individual to join our clients team in a Membership Services and Events Executive role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new membership sales and fostering engagement with both new and existing members. This role will involve developing and implementing strategies to enhance member retention, executing marketing campaigns, and driving sales initiatives.Responsibilities:
- Drive new membership sales through targeted outreach and engagement efforts.
- Foster strong relationships with new and existing members to ensure high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies for member retention, including personalised communication and member benefit programs.
- Execute marketing campaigns to promote membership benefits and drive interest in joining.
- Assist in sales efforts, including networking and outreach to potential members.
- Manage sales and coordinating with advertisers and subscribers to ensure successful distribution.
Collaborative Responsibilities:
- Assist with social media management, creating engaging content and interacting with followers to promote membership and events.
- Contribute to marketing campaigns, providing input on messaging and creative assets.
- Support public relations efforts by drafting press releases, coordinating media opportunities, and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
- Assist in event management, including planning, logistics, and onsite coordination.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or sales management roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and foster relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and basic graphic design tools is a plus.
- Prior experience in event management or public relations is desirable.
