Responsibilities:
- Create opportunities on the company CRM system for new and existing customers
- Establish and manage meetings with potential distributors
- Introduce the benefits of the product range in terms of standard and bespoke solutions, design, materials and pre-qualify potential future sales opportunities
- Convert qualified customer enquiries to a sales opportunity on the company CRM system
- Identify issues preventing conversion to purchase order commitments
- Ensure pipeline is continually added to with quality, realistic, and convertible leads
Skills / Experience:
- Experience working in a manufacturing sales role
- Proven track record of sales success
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with customers and colleagues at all levels
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools
