Sales Manager – New BusinessAre you a motivated and organized Sales Manager looking to lead growth in an innovative environment? This is an Indiviual Contributor role, positioning you at the forefront of driving new business and expanding client relationships.Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities while building strong relationships within your assigned industry vertical.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and manage sales opportunities, creating robust pipelines for new and existing clients.
• Market Exploration: Proactively prospect new clients, respond to RFPs, and support bid management activities.
• Sales Strategies: Leverage consultative and needs-based selling to promote tailored solutions, including cross-selling services.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure accurate data management, contractual compliance, and up-to-date sales forecasts.

About You:

• Proven track record of selling enterprise solutions. Bonus points if its in technical solutions or professional services.
• Strong technical acumen, capable of translating complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Deep knowledge of the verticals you’re targeting (eg. Financial services, Energy, Public Sector etc).
• Experience exceeding sales targets and closing major accounts.
