We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Sales Manager to lead commercial operations for the Ruminants Business Unit across the BENELUX region. This is a key leadership role within a globally respected, research-driven organization in the animal health industry.As Sales Manager, you will:

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to a team of Territory Managers
• Drive sustainable growth through key account development and value-based selling
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align commercial strategy with business objectives
• Represent the company as a trusted partner to stakeholders in the livestock sector

🔍 Your Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership within animal health or livestock production
• Academic background in Veterinary Medicine, Agriculture, or Business (MBA preferred)
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex accounts, and deliver commercial results
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
