Job DescriptionHours : Full timeSalary : £45,000 yearlyKey Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company and venue goalsLead, manage, and develop the sales and marketing teamAnalyse market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunitiesOversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, social media, email campaigns, and paid advertising for the venueBuild and manage relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholdersMonitor and report on performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed in accordance with business trendsPlan and coordinate promotional events and product launches including brand collaborationsUnderstand events and restaurant marketQualifications
- A passion for events & hospitality
- An ambitious individual keen to grow and develop
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager/Head of Sales in a hospitality/events venue
- Previous experience leading a team to achieve great results
- Previous experience of working within a client facing corporate environment
- Outstanding presentation skills
- Meticulous administration, coordination and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent communication skills (internally and externally).
- Proactive and excellent time management.
