The Role:
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve performance targets and drive revenue growth
- Set and monitor KPIs to ensure alignment with overall business objectives
- Collaborate with operations to align sales strategies with capacity and margin goals
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, both digital and print
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to adapt sales and marketing strategies
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in quotes and estimates provided by the team
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior leadership
- Manage and grow the organization’s social media presence and digital footprint
- Support team development through coaching, training, and identifying skill gaps
The Requirements:
- Higher level qualification in sales or marketing
- 5+ years’ experience in sales and\or marketing leadership
- Preferably have a manufacturing or construction background but we welcome experience from all industries
- Strong background in estimating, quoting systems, and CRM software
- Ability to analyse data and financial reports to guide decision-making
- High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
