Sales & Marketing Manager – MonaghanOur client seeks a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to drive revenue across accommodation, weddings, events, dining, and leisure experiences. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong hospitality background and a proven track record in sales and marketing.What’s on offer:

The ideal candidate:

• 5+ years in senior sales and marketing roles within luxury hospitality, tourism, or events.
• Third-level qualification or equivalent.
• Expertise in digital marketing, CRM, and revenue management.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development

• Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue across all business areas.
• Identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Conduct sales calls, site inspections, networking events, and FAM trips.

Marketing & Brand Strategy

• Enhance brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
• Collaborate with agencies, designers, and photographers on promotional content.
• Manage website content and implement digital marketing strategies to drive direct bookings.
• Oversee social media and online performance, collaborating with third-party partners.

Revenue & Performance Management

• Work with the Rooms Division Manager and Reservations Team to optimize pricing and occupancy.
• Analyse customer feedback and market insights to enhance guest experience and refine marketing approaches.
