As a Sales Operations Manager you will be responsible for managing critical operations including billing processing and the creation of commercial and pricing proposals while collaborating closely with our Sales and Finance teams to make sure key processes are created, followed and constantly improved upon.
Key Responsibilities
Lead OXIO’s efforts in understanding the local and global Telecom market landscape
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, providing insights and analytics to support decision-making
Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies (e.g. CRM enhancements) to support the Sales Operations team
Lead prioritization efforts to productize some of our Sales Operations core tasks (e.g. our client orders management system)
Oversee and continuously improve Sales Operations processes, including but not limited to billing, financial proposals, and sales documentation
Continuously evaluate the Sales organization performance in order to identify issues, evaluate potential risks and work with teams on solutions
Ensure regulatory compliance: all Sales Operations activities must comply with relevant regulations and policies across different countries (e.g. Support policies, lawful intercept)
Design the industry standard for Telecom products at OXIO
Develop a scalable Pricing framework based on industry and market research
Work with our Data and Intelligence teams designing our Business Intelligence product’s pricing strategy
Maintain and create new Pricing tools to help the Commercial team be more efficient
Key Qualifications
Bachelors or Master’s degree
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability and organizational skills
Advanced Excel / Google Spreadsheets skills
Process-oriented individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong ability to effectively document, improve, follow and enforce new processes that involve many teams within the organization
