David Kennedy Recruitment is searching for a Sales Program Manager, to join our client’s team in Dublin. Our client is a leader in outsourced inside sales, outsourced partner enablement, and outsourced customer success team.Position: Sales Program ManagerEmployment type: Full-timeRemuneration: Base salary + bonusWork model: Hybrid from Dublin (3/2)DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the primary contact for client stakeholders, managing relationships and day-to-day engagement.
  • Recruit and onboard new talent as needed, ensuring team growth and diversity.
  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team to drive performance and productivity.
  • Develop and implement systems to measure and improve quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and report on team performance, forecasting, trends, blockers, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize revenue growth, conversion rates, and pipeline efficiency.
  • Lead weekly/monthly business reviews with clients and contribute to quarterly reviews.
  • Set and track team goals in partnership with clients and analytics.
  • Coach team leaders to maximize performance and ensure optimal results.
  • Drive strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and performance.
  • Ensure staffing optimization through strategic hiring, retention, and performance management.
  • Continuously improve team processes and systems for greater effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to adapt strategies to market needs and scale the program.
  • Analyze market data to provide insights that enhance client performance and drive results.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native or fluent in English(C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. Additional fluency in French, Italian, or Spanish would be considered a plus.
  • Over 5 years of experience in a revenue-focused role, including at least 3 years in management or team leadership, with a proven track record of driving results.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a strong ability to manage client expectations and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Strong sales aptitude and a solutions-oriented approach, with a genuine passion for customer experience and a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Self-reliant, adaptable, and decisive, able to multitask effectively in dynamic settings while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, GSuite, and CRM tools, with the ability to analyze sales data to drive performance.
  • Skilled in conflict resolution and partnering with other teams to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Strong coaching and leadership abilities, with a focus on building trust and motivating direct reports.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
