Worth Recruiting – Property Industry RecruitmentSALES PROGRESSOR – Residential Estate AgencyLocation: Bromley, BR1Salary: £35kPosition: Permanent – Full TimeThis is a great role for a Sales Progressor who has previous experience in residential sales coupled with excellent communication skills and a personable nature.You will be responsible for liaising with and updating clients on the progress of their sale. You will ensure that all parties in the chain are aware of required timescales through constant communication with solicitors, mortgage advisor and other agents.You will need to provide an exceptional level of service to clients from start to finish. This is a Monday to Friday role with enormous potential and would suit someone who is or has previously been a Sales Negotiator but would like their weekends back!The ideal candidate will be accurate and dependable, careful, and thorough and have a good knowledge of the residential sales process, including exceptional problem solving skills.Skills: The skills required for this Sales Progressor role will include:

• Previous experience in sales progression
• Excellent customer service
• Strong organisational skills
• Knowledge of the sales process
• Ability to build strong business relationships
• Confident in liaising with other sectors
