Collaboration with RSM and local sales team to drive business through key account management in identified accounts in the region.
Service existing customer base within the theatre and clinical environment
Provide theatre and other HCP staff training on Stryker products
Understand the clinical application of the broader Stryker portfolio to offer our customers the best possible solutions
Conducting trials and evaluations of product in theatre and clinical environment as required
Support the RSM in the development and management of key accounts in the region including the preparation of tenders and business presentations
Marketing & Communication
Work in collaboration with Product Managers.
Develop and drive customer faculty engagement across the division.
Manage exhibition presence, commitment and current impact and ROI.
Assess and implement change to existing customer education offering.
Lead compliance submissions and any subsequent documentation requirements for identified meetings, education and congresses
Involvement in external training courses and educational events from the perspective of needs analysis, design and delivery of the course including all associated administration and management.
Identify and manage potential faculty from KOL database to enhance and support education programs and congress events.
Support the rollout of new products as and when applicable.
Provide VOC engagement and feedback.
Involvement in ad hoc projects.
Additional responsibilities as directed by RSM/NSM.
