The main goal of the role is to achieve sales growth through targeting strategic accounts in order to rapidly increase the service portfolio across the home counties.On a typical day you will:

• Map out and plan a strategic sales approach to winning new service business, through increasing the number of elevators onto the portfolio.
• Develop new customers via cold calling, networking, bids and tenders, developing your own sales strategy to achieve sales targets.
• Use Otis’ sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results.
• Conduct sales negotiations and close deals
• Collaborate with fellow team members, including other sales representatives and field colleagues.

What you will need to be successful.

• Solid and proven experience within a service sales setting.
• Experience with mapping out and identifying key stakeholders or decision makers. Ideally with experience in contract tenders or negotiations.
• Have a customer centric approach to sales, able to take control in a friendly way and provide a wholesome sales process.
• Target focused and driven individual with the ability to work at pace in a demanding, complex corporate organisation.
