Job description
We are looking for a proficient German-speaking Sales & Service Executive to join our Accounting & Finance department. The successful candidate will bring leadership skills and passion for the FMCG industry to our team based in Basingstoke.
- Lead and motivate the sales and service team to achieve business objectives.
- Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.
- Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals.
- Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership.
- Manage the sales teams, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth.
- Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.
- Report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management.

A successful Sales & Service Executive should have:
- Proficiency in German language – Need to be Fluent
- A strong background in FMCG industry.
- Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience in sales within a similar role.
