About the role:
The Sales Team Trainer trains the sales team to obtain maximum sales growth. This role creates a customer experience resulting in complete customer satisfaction while meeting guidelines. This position assures that the sales team achieves sales and our customer service standards. The Sales Team trainer strives to create an inspirational, fun, and productive culture.
Salary : OTE €50k (A car will be provided)
Location : Newbridge, Co. Kildare
Responsibilities and Duties:
Training our Sales Team to achieve on a high standard on our Sales Strategy/SOP’s/Policies and Procedures/Products and Services.
Identifying each of our customer profiles and building a defined communication approach for each profile.
Training our Sales Team to communicate the brand though our defined Tone Of Voice.
Training the Sales Team on the company’s strategy for all other functions including Procurement, Buying, Visual Merchandising, Finance, Logistics,
Customer After Sales Service, Marketing and Branding.
Travelling to retail stores each week.
Collaboration with Head Office Managers across all company functions.
Presenting monthly reports to CEO and COO.
Qualifications and skills:
3+ years of experience in furniture retail sales in a commission-driven environment is beneficial but not essential
A minimum of 2 years’ prior experience training a professional sales team in a retail environment is beneficial
A competitive spirit and drive to succeed
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Proven ability to close performance gaps
Strong IT skills – with an ability to work across various systems, strong skills in Excel
