We’re partnered with a leading global tech brand (you’ll want them on your CV) looking for a Salesforce-savvy Business Analyst to join on a 9-month PAYE contract.This is a hands-on role working closely with cross-functional teams-translating business needs into technical solutions, fine-tuning their Salesforce setup, and driving smarter CRM processes.
The Offer:
- Annual Salary Range €55,000 – €100,000 DOE.
- 9-month contract | Start early May | PAYE | Paid on a weekly basis
- Hybrid role – must be based in Ireland – 2-3 days onsite from Dublin offices.
About you:
- Experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst in a tech-led environment
- Salesforce Admin cert in your back pocket
- Strong communicator who’s comfortable bridging business + tech
- Analytical thinker, agile mindset, detail-obsessed (in a good way)
- Familiarity with SDLC and Agile best practices.
What you’ll be doing:
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, and ops to gather and refine CRM requirements
- Hands-on Salesforce configuration-custom objects, workflows, dashboards, reports
