Job DescriptionYOUR ROLEWe are seeking an experienced SAP Financial Accounting & Controlling (FICO) Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP FICO modules and provide operational support, troubleshooting, and continuous service improvements within the SAP landscape. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, ensure compliance with industry standards, and contribute to the successful delivery of SAP enhancements and projects.Key Responsibilities of the role:

• SAP Financial Accounting & Controlling (FICO) Support Analyst.
• Strong understanding of SAP Financial Accounting & Controlling (FICO) modules.
• Provide Operational Support in SAP FICO.
• Provide Operational Excellence in the SAP functional areas SAP FICO.
• Ensure Operational Quality for all issues pertaining to SAP FICO functionality.
• Provide technical support for SAP systems and applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner within prescribed SLA.
• Document processes and create user guides for end-users.
• Maintenance and updating of knowledge artefacts.
• Conduct training sessions for end users on SAP functionalities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies and best practices.
• Contribute to continuous service improvements e.g. opportunities to automate.
• Supporting the delivery of SAP enhancements and projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Analyse business requirements and mapping of same to SAP business processes.
• Provide estimates, impact analysis, feasibility assessments for SAP enhancements.
• Knowledge of and ability to use testing methodologies, processes and tools for testing of functionality, including unit, integration, system, regression and dry run testing.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise in SAP implementation methodologies, tools, and techniques.

Skills & RequirementsYOUR PROFILE

• At least 5 years’ experience working in SAP support and/or project environment.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO modules, processes and functionalities
• Experience in analysing SAP related incidents and problem solving
• Optimize and improve processes in the SAP system
• Have a structured approach to troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of business and financial processes
• Strong inter-personal and communications skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical people
• Providing support and functional consultancy for the accounting, treasury, cost control and financial planning areas of SAP.
• Experience working in a team and managing other team members
• Experience working in an international and multi-process environment
• In depth Finance integration knowledge with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP)
• Configuring SAP FICO to respond to changes in regulatory and commercial requirements, ensuring compliance with corporate and legal policies.
• Experience working with offshore teams.

Nice to have:

• SAP Certification (e.g. SAP Certified Application Associate).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and/or support.
• Familiarity with business process modelling tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of interfaces and IDocs.
• ABAP debugging, migration, user created queries.
• Business experience.
