- Manage and coordinate daily schedules and appointments efficiently.
- Ensure smooth and effective operations by liaising with different departments and stakeholders.
- Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes and maximize productivity.
- Assist in planning and organizing resources to meet operational requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in coordination and scheduling is a must.
- Experience with SAP an advantage
- Previous experience in a distribution or logistics atmosphere an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
